Reservation Policy

• A credit card will be required to secure reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
• The Water Street Inn is an advance deposit hotel. To guarantee your reservation, we require the first night's lodging and tax to be billed to a major credit card at the time of reservation; the same credit card must be presented along with valid photo ID at time of check-in.
• If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between now and 7 days prior to 4:00pm on the date of your arrival, there will be a $25 processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. However, you may change the dates of your stay without any fee but we cannot guarantee the same rate and same room availability.
• All room rates are subject to state and local taxes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve or check into a room, all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
